Gill Simpson

Gill Simpson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Gill is currently the Director at chapter forty four, where they serve as a professional executive, business and parent coach. In this role, Gill assists individuals and organizations seeking change and growth by providing coaching sessions that promote clearer thinking, increased awareness, and the discovery of new insights and opportunities.

Gill also works as an Associate Coach at Mindbeat, demonstrating their expertise in coaching. In addition, they have served as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, an executive coaching company that focuses on personalized development and creating lasting behavioral change through a holistic approach.

Before their coaching career, Gill held multiple roles at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition. Gill served as the Corporate Affairs Director, responsible for developing a new Corporate Affairs function within the company and safeguarding its reputation through strategic and team leadership. Gill also held the position of Social Innovation Manager, HR, where they developed and implemented social innovation strategies, managed stakeholder relations, and oversaw employee health and well-being programs. Gill was also tasked with organizing the company's annual conference and was an accredited business coach.

Prior to joining Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, Gill worked as the Marketing Manager at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition and as a Senior Brand Manager at Numico Baby Division, where they were responsible for consumer marketing and successfully launched innovative products.

Gill's earlier experience includes working at Acheson & Acheson as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, showcasing their skills in product management.

Gill Simpson has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Swansea University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages with Business Studies, specializing in French and German. Gill completed their undergraduate studies in 1995.

In more recent years, Gill focused on further professional development in the field of coaching. From 2017 to 2019, they enrolled in both the Barefoot Coaching Ltd and the University of Chester, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching. Gill also obtained a postgraduate certificate in the same field from Barefoot Coaching Ltd during this time.

To enhance their coaching skills, Gill pursued various additional certifications. In 2013, they acquired the Advanced Coaching Expertise certification from The Preston Associates. Furthermore, Gill obtained the Certificate in Fundamentals Part I of Systemic Coaching & Constellations from Coaching Constellations Ltd in September 2019.

Gill has achieved recognition within the coaching community. Gill obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) qualification from the International Coach Federation in June 2018. Furthermore, they also obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualification from the same institution in June 2021.
