Charles Cuggino

Charles Cuggino has been working in the technology industry since 1991. Charles began their career as the Founder and CEO of Technology For Business Corporation, where they established the company as an application development and system integration organization in the telecommunication industry. In 2016, they took on the role of Vice President of Contact Center Solutions at Fusion Connect, where they coordinated the migration of TFB's software solutions to Fusion's cloud network and re-established TFB's distributor base as Fusion resellers. In 2018, they became the Founder and Principal of both CC For Business and ConsortiumQC. At ConsortiumQC, their mission was to offer expertise and solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries in the areas of communications systems, information technology, and reporting/analytics. In 2020, Charles became the SVP of Business Development at Brandwidth Global. Currently, Charles is the CCAAS Engineering and Sales at Forerunner Technologies, Inc.

Charles Cuggino received a Bachelor of Arts in Math/Philosophy from Boston College.
