Nora Koehler

Nora Koehler has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Nora started their career in 1996 as a Customer Service Trainer at Royal and SunAlliance, which is now Sentry Insurance. Nora then worked as an Account Manager at Hughes Resources from 2004 to 2006. After that, they joined FHN as a Recruiter, where they worked until 2011. Nora then worked as a Human Resources Manager at SAVENCIA from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Nora served as the Human Resources Manager at Cornerstone Credit Union. Currently, they hold the role of SVP, Director of Human Resources at Foresight Financial Group, Inc. Nora has a strong background in leadership development, talent management, and overall administration of human resources operations.

Nora Koehler has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2013. Nora also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management from Columbia College, completed from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Nora attended Illinois State University from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Business Education. Nora completed their high school education at Wheaton Central HS/Oswego High School. In terms of certifications, Nora obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015 and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2005.
