James Tomkins

James Tomkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the IT industry. James started their career as a BA Hons Student at Ravensbourne in 2008 and completed their degree in 2012. James then joined DSGi Business in 2009 as an IT Helpdesk Manager/Business Manager and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Heatherwick Studio as a Digital Support Manager, Associate and also took on the role of Digital Support from 2015 to 2018. In 2020, they joined Foresight Group as a Desktop Support Manager, and later moved up to the position of IT Manager in 2020 and Senior IT Manager in 2022. Currently, they are the Associate Director Platforms and User Experience at Foresight Group, starting from August 2023.

James Tomkins graduated from Ravensbourne University London with a BA Hons in Animation in 2012. James also earned a Foundation degree in Animation from the same university between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, James studied Lens based media and obtained a National diploma at Ravensbourne University London. James'ssecondary education took place at Cleeve Park Secondary School from 2001 to 2008, but no specific degree or field of study is provided. Additionally, James obtained certifications such as NCSP NIST from APMG International in 2021 and ITIL Foundation Level 3 from QA Ltd in 2016.
