Paul Depanicis is the current Talent Acquisition Director at Foresight Mental Health. Paul has over 12 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Prior to their current position, Paul was the Director, Talent Acquisition at BrightSpring Health Services from February 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 12 Clinical Recruiters and Talent Sourcers across the country, driving results that produced over 13,000 hires annually.
Under Paul's leadership, BrightSpring saw 20 consecutive years of growth, employing over 50,000 people across 49 states. Paul was instrumental in expanding clinical services and evaluating alternative recruitment strategies through cutting edge technologies to impact applicant flow and continuously enhance the candidate experience. Paul is a data-driven leader, leveraging dashboard analytics to influence key impact metrics such as time to fill and vacancy rates. Paul is also an expert in workforce planning, partnering with executive management and key stakeholders across the business to develop strategies for both organic growth and ongoing M&A activity.
In recognition of their outstanding work, Paul received two promotions within two consecutive years. Paul is also a leader on the ATS Governance council, steering ongoing system improvements for an improved candidate experience.
Paul Depanicis has an Associate of Arts from Valencia College and a Bachelor of Science in Management/Healthcare from Northern Arizona University.
