Shelly Aken

Shelly Aken has over 32 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2021, they began their current role as Customer Success Management at Foresite Cybersecurity. From 2011 to 2021, they were a Service Delivery Manager at NTT Security, where they were the main point of contact for clients, providing project management and customer care. From 2000 to 2011, they held two roles at CSG International, first as a Client Relations Manager and then as a Senior Product Implementation Manager/Project Manager. Prior to that, they were a Sr. QA Manager at ITI Marketing Services from 1989 to 2000.
