Stacy Wegner has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Stacy began their career in 1998 as a Marketing Coordinator at Trinity Technologies, LLC, where they researched, managed, implemented, and reported company trade show programs, wrote, produced, and managed company customer newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials, and worked with the president to design, manage, and implement the company advertising and marketing program. In 2000, they moved to Capital Safety as a Trade Show Coordinator, where they managed all aspects of the company's schedule for 10-15 annual trade shows, worked with the sales, marketing, and suppliers to develop booth layout, design, and structure, and evaluated and reported annual show participation through surveys, interviews, and ROI benchmarking. In 2001, Stacy joined the Red Wing Chamber Of Commerce as an Event Coordinator, where they organized, managed, and reported chamber events to the organization president, developed and designed organization and event marketing materials, and managed relationships with event vendors, suppliers, and volunteers. In 2002, they took on the role of Exhibit Sales Manager at Cygnus Expositions, where they managed and reported the exhibit sales process, developed, analyzed, and reported sales progress, budget, and overall results, and was the primary contact for 5,000+ exhibitor lead list and 800+ exhibitors per show in-office and onsite renewals, space assignment, customer service. In 2006, Stacy became the Executive Director of the Red Wing Collectors Society, where they directed all aspects of society and acted as a single point of contact for 3,000+ members globally, was accountable for strategic planning, finance management, fundraising, and policy making (in joint effort with Board of Directors), and served as public spokesperson for society on all social, public, and media relations. In 2020, they joined Forest Carbon Works as a Relationships Manager, Origination Manager, and Membership Advisor.
Stacy Wegner attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and German. In 1997, they participated in a German Exchange Program at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
