Matt Elsesser

Matt Elsesser is an experienced investment management professional currently serving as the Vice President of Investment Management for Residential and Commercial at Forest City Enterprises since January 2005. In this role, Matt oversees the analysis and reporting of investment and development opportunities in multi-family, office, and retail sectors. Prior to this position, Matt held several roles at Forest City Enterprises, including Director of Development and Construction Financial Analysis, Manager of Development Reporting, Commercial Senior Financial Analyst, and Cost Control Administrator. Earlier in their career, Matt was an Estimator and Project Manager at DiGioia Suburban Excavating from July 2000 to December 2004. Matt holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Baldwin Wallace University, where studies were undertaken between 1998 and 1999.
