Michael Kalista

Michael Kalista, CPA, has extensive experience in financial reporting, currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting at Forest City Realty Trust since November 2005, where responsibilities include managing the preparation and filing of the company’s quarterly 10-Q/K and Supplemental Package. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at SS&G Financial Services from September 2001 to November 2005, including Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant, and Accounting Associate. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Ohio University between 1996 and 2001, and completed high school at Gilmour Academy from 1992 to 1996.
