Ruan Groenewald

Ruan Groenewald is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance and law, currently serving as the Commercial Director at Forest Energy Solutions since 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Transaction Associate, Transaction Senior Analyst, and Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Benchmark International from January 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Ruan was a Candidate Attorney at STBB | Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes from January 2019 to January 2021. Ruan holds a Bachelor in Forensic Accountancy from North-West University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa. Additionally, Ruan has completed online courses in International Tax Law at Leiden University and in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination at West Virginia University.
