Annie Richardson

Annie Richardson is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager (Projects) and previously as the Covid-19 Communications Officer for Economic Recovery at West Suffolk Council since November 2021. Prior to this role, Annie worked as the Communications and Marketing Officer and Policy Officer at the East of England Local Government Association from July 2018 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes a policy internship at St Edmundsbury Borough Council, mentoring at Nottingham Trent University, and various customer service roles at Waitrose and John Lewis. Annie holds a degree from Nottingham Trent University and has a strong focus on policy development, community engagement, and effective communication strategies.
