Colin Wright

Colin Wright has a diverse work experience in the property and real estate industry. Colin currently serves as the Service Manager for Property/Place Delivery & Strategic Property at West Suffolk Council since 2018. In this role, Colin is responsible for delivering the Council's growth priorities and generating revenue to support public services through innovative property solutions and partnerships.

Prior to their current role, Colin worked as a Director at Barley Homes Group Ltd from 2019. Before that, they were an Associate Director at Concertus Design and Property Consultants Limited from 2016 to 2018. In this position, they had overall strategic responsibility for the firm's professional property services, including estates, building surveying, design, architecture, and civil engineering.

Colin also has experience working at the Department for Communities and Local Government, where they served as the Deputy Chief Estates Specialist/Acting Chief Estates Specialist from 2008 to 2016. Their responsibilities included overseeing estates and property matters within the department.
