Jessica has also held roles as Hall of Fame at Gymnastics Australia, Service Desk Manager at FKP, Service Desk Officer at Powerlink Queensland, IT&T Service Centre Analyst at Aveo Live Well, Helpdesk Officer at Surety IT, and Helpdesk Officer at Fone Zone.

Jessica J. obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Information Systems from Griffith University between 2002 and 2004. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including HDI Support Center Director (HDI) and CIO Women in Leadership Certification Program in 2022, ITIL v3 Fundamentals Foundation in 2008, and Microsoft Certified Professional in 2007.
