John Mlynar

John Mlynar is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in communications and content management. Currently serving as Marketing Content Manager at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries since June 2022, John previously held the role of Communications Manager for the City of Palmdale from January 2007 to June 2022, where responsibilities included press relations, social media content, and event management. John began a career in marketing and advertising as a Copywriter and Advertising Coordinator at Forest Lawn Memorial Park from 1983 to 2006. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from Bentley University and furthered education through UCLA Extension.
