Phaedra Mixon is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries since June 2021, Phaedra previously worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Renown Health from May 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included establishing testing procedures, conducting mobile testing, and training new analysts in agile methodologies.
