Rina Steinke

Rina Steinke, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Advance Planning at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries since December 2005. In this role, Rina is responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for the sales division, while also acting as an HR business partner involved in various functions such as employee relations and training. Previously, Rina held positions as a Senior Employee Relations and Recruitment Specialist and Senior Recruiter, focusing on innovative recruiting strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
