Karen Hansen, PhD, has extensive experience in analytics and research solutions, currently serving as General Manager at Forethought since February 2011. Under Karen's leadership, Forethought has earned a reputation as Australia's most innovative and commercially effective marketing research firm, winning the AMSRS Commercial Effectiveness Award since 2007. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Swinburne University of Technology from 2006 to 2011, including Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Karen Hansen's academic qualifications include a PhD in Psychology from Swinburne University, a BA (Hons) in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology/Psychophysiology, along with an Executive Education Certificate in Judgment and Decision Making from Harvard Kennedy School.
