John Feliton

John Feliton is the current Vice President of Planning, Allocation, and Merchandising at Forever 21. Prior to this, they were Self Employed as a Retail and Wholesale Consultant from June 2020 to November 2020. John has also served as the Vice President/General Merchandise Manager at G by Guess from January 2004 to December 2019.

Feliton has extensive experience in overseeing planning, allocation, buying, and merchandising for e-commerce and 500+ stores for the Americas. John is skilled in managing P&L and supervising teams of 49 while partnering extensively with design, production, finance, marketing, and store operations. In addition, they have experience in directing forecasting, merchandising strategy, merchandise financial planning, in-season inventory management, open to buy, and markdown management.

Feliton has a proven track record of maintaining efficient inventory turnover goals and adjusting future allocation and replenishment strategies based on business trends. This experience makes him well-suited for their current role at Forever 21.
