Lea Keim

Lea Keim is a Learning Designerin with extensive experience in educational design and facilitation. Currently employed at Forever Day One since October 2022, Lea specializes in the strategic development of meta-competencies within organizations, transformation consulting in educational systems, and learning and development coaching. Previous roles include Junior Learning Designerin at People's Theater e.V., where Lea guided a team of young workshop moderators and designed training programs, and Workshop Design & Facilitation at Deloitte, focusing on experience design and co-moderation. Lea has contributed to community-building projects at ZEIT ONLINE and has a background in project assistance and management with Wigwam eG. Education includes a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation from Universität der Künste Berlin.
