Xiangming Gu (Shaun)

Xiangming (Shaun) Gu is a Scientist I in Plasmid Process Development - Downstream at Forge Biologics since January 2023. Previously, from August 2018 to January 2023, Xiangming worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University in Andre Palmer's Blood Substitute Lab, focusing on innovative research projects including the encapsulation of hemoglobin with Metal Organic Frameworks, tangential flow filtration of polymerized hemoglobin, and the introduction of PEGylation techniques to enhance circulatory half-life. Xiangming holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2018.
