Katie Sauerbrei

Katie Sauerbrei has a variety of work experience, starting in 2020 as a Softball Bullpen Catcher at Wartburg College. Katie later worked as a Store Team Member and 2nd Assistant Manager at Casey's, where they verified money, entered sales information, and transported deposit bags to the bank. At Wartburg College, they held positions including being a Supplemental Instruction Leader, where they created plans and lead sessions to help students struggling in Principles of Accounting I, and a Student Success Coach, where they provided customer service, scheduled meetings, and performed administrative tasks. Katie worked as a Flex Worker at Hy-Vee, where they facilitated stocking and online orders, greeted customers, and assisted them whenever possible. Finally, they were a Summer Office Intern at CITY | CLEAN AND SIMPLE and is set to work as an Accountant at Forge Financial and Management Consulting in 2023.

Katie Sauerbrei completed their high school education at Wapsie Valley High School in 2020. While in high school, they also completed dual credit enrollment at Hawkeye Community College. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance at Wartburg College and is expected to graduate in 2023.
