Kaitlyn Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kaitlyn started their career as a Grant Research and Writing Specialist at Heart-to-Heart: Comienzos East in 2016. Kaitlyn then joined High Focus Centers in 2017, where they worked as a Mental Health Associate, facilitating DBT groups for adolescents and developing a therapy curriculum for first responders. In 2019, they became a Clinician Intern at the same company, where they facilitated DBT and CBT groups for adult psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
In 2020, Kaitlyn moved to Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., where they took on various roles. Kaitlyn started as a Care Coordinator, providing care coordination and daily assessments for patients. Kaitlyn then became the Team Lead of Care Coordination for a few months before transitioning to the role of Supervisor of Care Coordination. In this role, they oversaw the care coordination team and ensured the onboarding process of new hires. Finally, they became the Admissions Education and Clinical Training Supervisor, where they identified training needs and administered clinical training programs for the centralized admissions department.
Most recently, Kaitlyn joined Forge Health in 2023 as an Office Manager.
Kaitlyn Sullivan completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Emerson College in the years 2012 to 2015. Kaitlyn then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aurora University between 2019 and 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kaitlyn also received certification in Mediation from the Mediation Training and Collaborative institution in October 2015.
