Rachel Rodriguez

Rachel Rodriguez is the current Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel at Forge Health. Rachel has held this position since March 2021.

Rachel started their career as a Trademark Attorney at Blackbox in September 2018. Rachel then transitioned to working as a Recruiting Associate at Landing Point in September 2019. In December 2017, they began working as a Lobbyist & Attorney at Strengthen Our Schools. And finally, in November 2016, they became an Attorney at the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.

Rachel Rodriguez has always been driven to help others. Rachel decided to pursue a career in law so that they could use their skills to fight for justice. After completing their law degree, they worked as a Summer Associate at Martzell, Bickford & Centola in May 2014. Rachel then went on to work as an attorney at various firms, where they gained experience in many different areas of law.

In their current role as VP of Human Resources and General Counsel at Forge Health, Rachel is responsible for the overall legal management of the company. Rachel also provides guidance and support to the HR team on a variety of issues, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Rachel Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Vanderbilt University and a Doctor of Law from Tulane University Law School. Rachel is certified by the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee in Tennessee Bar.
