Prior to this, Marco held the position of Director of Operations at Ferretto Group, Chief Operations Officer at Siderforgerossi Group Spa, and various managerial roles at AGCO Corporation. Along with their extensive professional experience, Marco has a background in mechanical engineering and business management from Università degli Studi di Padova and CUOA Business School.
