Parker Olson

Parker Olson is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategist, currently serving as the Founder of Forij since January 2021, producing award-winning granola enriched with vital brain nutrients derived from mushrooms. In addition to this role, Parker is a Seed Investor for SUNDAYS and Farm to Flame Energy Inc. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate in Strategy at Grant Thornton LLP, where contributions included the development of AI-driven solutions for Fortune 100 companies and implementing new operational frameworks. Parker also demonstrated leadership as the President of Sigma Phi Epsilon Minnesota Alpha, coordinating extensive community service initiatives, and as Programs Director at YMCA Camp Coniston, managing camp activities and staff. Early in the career, Parker gained valuable experience as a Growth Hacker at Twitter, significantly increasing follower engagement. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota.
