Nya Segura-Watson is a Project Engineer at Hardinge Inc, responsible for bridging mechanical, software, application, and industrial engineering efforts in an R&D environment to enhance product development and address bottlenecks. Additionally, Nya holds the position of Customer Success Manager at Resorsi, focusing on connecting companies in Latin America with talent to meet growth and deadline objectives. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter at Actalent, where market knowledge was provided for recruiting in the Department of Defense and Aeronautics Industry, and working as a Recruiter at Insight Global, where support was provided for client expectations and market insights. Nya began in research as a Student Researcher at Raghavan Research Group, designing and implementing cooling systems for material testing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade College.
