Elizabeth Turner

Elizabeth Turner has an extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Elizabeth started their career as an Assistant Managing Editor at Shape magazine in 1991 and worked their way up to Associate Editor and later Managing Editor. In 1998, they became the Managing Editor of Teen magazine, where they supervised the editorial and art workflow. From 1999 to 2002, Elizabeth served as the International Managing Editor at Weider Publications, overseeing the editorial development of multiple international editions of Shape, Men's Fitness, Natural Health, and Fit Pregnancy. Elizabeth then worked as a Freelance writer, editor, and project manager for various publications such as Shape, Bon Appetit, Fit Pregnancy, and Natural Health. In 2004, they became the Managing Editor at Natural Health Magazine and later served as the Editorial Director at Whole Foods Market Magazine from 2008 to 2010. Elizabeth then became the Editor in Chief of Vegetarian Times magazine, where they led the creation of editorial content and supervised a team of eight.
