Charlotte Beard

Charlotte Beard is the SVP of Finance at Form Energy, where she manages FP&A, Strategy, Controllership, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and Risk Management for the Company. Charlotte brings years of experience in executive leadership and an in-depth knowledge of business operations. Prior to joining Form Energy, she served as Vice President of Finance for Tile, Inc., where she led negotiation and restructuring of short-term debt and financial statement cleanup. Charlotte previously served as the Director of Energy Products Finance for Tesla, Inc. where she supported FP&A and business operations, engineering design and development, and provided pricing and strategic deal support for residential and commercial sales. Before joining Tesla, Charlotte worked for Apple, Inc. as Senior Manager, Operations Finance where she led an $85B procurement program across multiple functional and regional teams.

Charlotte is a founding member of Chief, an organization specifically designed for senior women leaders to strengthen their leadership journey, cross-pollinate ideas across industries, and effect change from the top-down. As a Summa Cum Laude graduate, Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio.
