Kristen Davis has over 29 years of work experience in the field of qualitative research and sensory science. Kristen is currently working as a Customer Research Lead at FORM Kitchens since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Qualitative Research at Shoppercentric from April 2019. Kristen also worked as the Qualitative Research Director at the same company from May 2005 to April 2019.
Before joining Shoppercentric, Kristen worked as a freelance qualitative research freelancer from March 2003 to April 2005. Kristen also worked as a Trends Forecaster at Initiative Media from April 2002 to April 2003.
Kristen's earlier roles include Group Qualitative Director and Qualitative Account Director at Hall & Partners from April 2001 to April 2002, and June 2000 to April 2001 respectively. Kristen started their career at Hall & Partners as a Qualitative Account Manager from June 1998 to June 2000.
Kristen also has experience as a Qualitative Researcher and Sensory Scientist at Colmar Brunton from January 1995 to February 1998, and as a Sensory Scientist at Fonterra (NZ Dairy Board) from February 1993 to January 1995.
Kristen Davis pursued their education at the University of Otago from 1989 to 1992. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree, specializing in Sensory Science, Consumer Psychology, and Marketing.
