Sascha Hagedorn

Sascha Hagedorn has over 12 years of experience in software development and engineering. Sascha is currently the Lead Engineer at Form3, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from June 2021 until February 2023. Before joining Form3, they worked at Leanovate GmbH in Berlin as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2016 to June 2021. During their time at Leanovate, they also worked as a Software Developer from January 2016 to June 2016. Sascha Hagedorn began their career at EES GmbH in 2009 as a Software Developer, where they worked until December 2015. At EES GmbH, they were involved in developing and maintaining a distributed measurement network of river gauges in the eGovernment space using technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Oracle DB, and AngularJS.

Sascha Hagedorn earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Certified Kanban Systems Design (KMP-1) from Kanban University in 2016, Fast Track To Scala from Typesafe (now Lightbend) in 2016, and Linux Professional (LPIC-1) from Linux Professional Institute in 2012.
