Vinit Parikh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Vinit began their career as a Student Researcher at the UCLA Smart Grid Energy Research Center, where they conducted research in the field of smart grid energy systems. After completing their education, Vinit worked at Cisco as a Hardware Development Engineer, contributing to the development of hardware solutions. Vinit then joined Hightail, where they worked as a Software Engineer until the company was acquired by OpenText.
In 2017, Vinit co-founded MACH4 Technologies Inc. and served as a Co-Founder and Software Engineer, involved in the development of the company's software products. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Software Engineer at Oasis Events, where they founded and operated a DJ service.
Moving forward in their career, Vinit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Meta for three years, focusing on software development. Vinit later joined Uber Freight as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the company's platform for freight transportation. Currently, they are working at Formation as an Engineering Mentor, providing guidance and support to junior engineers. Additionally, Vinit also holds a current position as a Software Engineer at Crosswire, where they are involved in software engineering tasks.
Vinit Parikh completed their high school education at Monta Vista High School from 2008 to 2012. Vinit then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
