Nadja Hänsel

Nadja Hänsel has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nadja started their career as a Dual Student at Desigual from 2014 to 2017, where they worked as an Assistant Storemanager and gained valuable experience. Nadja then moved on to home24 SE, where they worked as a Recruiter from January 2018 to November 2018, and later transitioned into the role of Junior HR Manager from November 2018 to September 2020. In 2020, they joined Charité as a Werkstudent Geschäftsbereich Personal, where they worked until April 2022. Currently, Nadja Hänsel is employed at FORMEL Skin as a Human Resources Operations Manager, starting in May 2022.

Nadja Hänsel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2017. Nadja'sfield of study was Duales Studium BWL/Handel. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Business and Consulting Human Resource Management at the same institution. Nadja successfully completed their master's degree in 2022.
