Jim Tseng

Jim Tseng has extensive experience in electrical design and signal integrity, having worked at FormFactor Inc. since 1997 in various roles, including Senior Technical Director and Technical Director of Electrical Design, focusing on wafer sort probe card design and development, as well as new design processes. As a Senior Manager, Jim grew a global engineering team specializing in SoC products, enhancing hiring and training initiatives while contributing to the successful market delivery of new products. Earlier experience includes work at Ravisent Technology as an Electrical Design Engineer, where Jim oversaw EMI activities and engaged in digital board design. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering was obtained from the University of Pennsylvania.
