Matt Lu

Matt Lu has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matt is currently the Vice President of Operations at FormFactor Inc., a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Planning at the same company starting in April 2014.

Before joining FormFactor Inc., Matt Lu worked at different companies in different roles. Matt was the Director Business Manager at FormFactor Inc. from September 2011, overseeing sales, productivity, profitability, and market share penetration. As a Senior Customer Program Manager, they directed and managed programs related to strategic planning, delivery, manufacturing updates, and customer engagement at FormFactor Inc. starting in December 2007. From March 2004 to December 2007, they served as a Senior Supervisor in Manufacturing, responsible for managing a production force and optimizing production output.

Prior to their time at FormFactor Inc., Matt Lu worked at Solectron as a Planner/Scheduler Specialist from June 2000 to January 2004. In this role, they were responsible for production control and capacity planning. Matt also worked at Best Buy as a Sales Manager from January 1999 to June 2000, overseeing all aspects of sales operations. Before that, they were a Sales Manager/Operations Manager at The Good Guys from March 1992 to January 1999, where they managed the Home Theater Department and monitored sales performance.
