Patrick Casto

Patrick Casto has a strong background in operations and customer support, holding various leadership positions over the course of their career. Patrick started their career at Applied Materials in 1994 as an Engineering Manager and stayed there until 2001. In 2002, they joined KLA-Tencor as a Sr. Engineer Manager and later moved on to become a Sr. Program Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Sanmina-SCI as the Director of Quality, and then became the Director of Engineering in 2008 and 2009. Since 2009, Patrick has been working at FormFactor Inc., where they have held several roles, including Sr. Director of Sales Operations & Customer Support, Sr. Director of Customer Operations, and Vice President of Customer Operations. In January 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Patrick Casto earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University from 1989 to 1993. Patrick then pursued their education further at the same university, completing a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from 2004 to 2007.
