Salvador de Castro

Salvador De Castro is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at FormFactor Inc. since October 2024, Salvador has previously held significant positions such as Principal Engineer and Staff Engineer at Lumentum from January 2014 to October 2024. Earlier career roles included Senior Engineering Manager at FormFactor from March 2003 to November 2013, Senior Process Engineer at Bandwidth 9, and Process Engineer roles at Watkins Johnson, Inc. and Stellex Microwave Systems, Inc. Salvador began the career in Equipment Maintenance at Integrated Device Technology Inc. and served as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor at Amkor Technology from January 1992 to January 1994. Salvador holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University and has pursued further education at San Jose State University and San Beda College.
