Jack Kaumo has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles in the technology and automation industries. Jack is currently working as the Vice President of Sales at Formic, where they promote the benefits of automation and helps clients take the first steps towards implementing it. Jack's early career includes roles at Micron Technology, where they served as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, and Corporate Training Specialist. In their training role, they created and conducted various training courses for employees, including DRAM and Image Sensor classes and new employee orientation.

Jack Kaumo attended Oregon State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Jack then pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2005, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Jack has obtained several certifications. In March 2008, they completed the SPIN Selling certification from Huthwaite, Inc. In May 2010, they obtained the Consultative Selling certification. The institution responsible for this certification is not specified. Around the same time, in May 2010, Jack acquired the Sandler Sales Methodology certification from Oracle.
