Madeline Thomas

Madeline Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and people operations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Strategy at Formlabs since June 2022, Madeline leads various functions including Business Partner, People Analytics, and Total Rewards. Prior roles include Head of People at SmarterTravel and Chief People Officer at Brandwatch, where Madeline managed the people team during a $450 million acquisition by Cision. Additional experience includes roles at Wayfair, C&S Wholesale Grocers, and the Los Angeles Unified School District, where Madeline developed curriculum and taught advanced mathematics. Madeline holds a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University College of Engineering.
