Jan van Schwamen has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Sales and Marketing Manager at Lemonaid Beverages GmbH. In 2015, they worked as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Later that same year, they were a Product- & Business Development at Lemonaid Beverages GmbH, where they developed a new hot tea product line, coordinated creative agencies for packaging, artwork & marketing communications, and provided third party guidance regarding production. In 2016, they were a Homecare Brand Building Intern at Unilever Schweiz GmbH, where they prepared a strategic three year brand plan for the local brand ENKA and introduced the ‘7 Omnichannel Assets’ for eCommerce optimization of all Homecare-brands. In 2017, they were the Lead Community Cola at Schmeckt GmbH. Currently, they are the Open Innovation Manager at Formo since 2022.
Jan van Schwamen completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in European Management Studies from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Nutritional Sciences from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences between 2009 and 2012.
