Lisa Feldhoff

Lisa Feldhoff has had an extensive career in Human Resources. Lisa began their career in 2014 as an intern for Kernfindung in the role of Intern Coaching. In 2015, they interned for Bosch in the role of HR Intern. In 2016, they moved to von Rundstedt and held the position of Assistant Talent & Career. In 2017, they joined Kienbaum as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate. In 2019, they joined BCG Digital Ventures as a Talent Architect. In 2021, they joined Formo as the Head of People & Culture and was promoted to People & Culture Team Manager.

Lisa Feldhoff obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Maastricht University between 2011 and 2014. Lisa then spent a year studying Psychology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Work&Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University from 2015 to 2016.
