Dulce Flores

Dulce Flores has a diverse work experience in various roles. Dulce began their career as a Chase Credit Card Specialist at Chase in February 2013 and worked there until October 2015. In this role, they enjoyed helping customers understand and maximize the benefits of their Chase credit cards.

Afterwards, Dulce joined Nationwide in October 2015 as a Customer Services Agent and worked there until June 2016.

Dulce then moved on to Taurus Services LLC in December 2016, where they worked as a Shipping Assistant until January 2018.

Most recently, Dulce worked as a Shipping Administrator at Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. starting in January 2018.

Overall, Dulce has gained valuable experience in customer service, as well as shipping and administrative roles throughout their career.

Dulce Flores completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Victoria College from 2009 to 2012. Dulce then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio in the fields of Business, Political Science & Public Administration from 2013 to 2015. Lastly, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, from the University of Houston-Victoria between 2017 and 2018.
