Tariq EQ Amawi

Tariq EQ Amawi has been working in the business and creative industries since 2000. In that time, they have held a full scholarship for classical guitar at the Royal College of Music, been a TEDx speaker for TED Conferences since 2011, been Executive Agile Coach & Head of Curriculum Development at Formula Ink since 2021, and is currently Chief Creative Officer (CCO) for StarStake since 2022. At Formula Ink, they have been supporting businesses to reach unparalleled individual and collective results by strengthening team collaboration and cohesion and unifying teams with the larger mission and values of their organizations. Tariq has more than 20 years of experience consulting organizations on high-level business strategy, release date planning, process improvements, and organizational and cultural change.

Tariq EQ Amawi completed a Master's Degree in 3D Digital Animation from the University of Hertfordshire in 2003, following a Bachelor's Degree in 3D Digital Animation from the same university, obtained in 2002. Tariq also holds a certification from A.D.A.P.T. in Parkour Coaching.
