Lisa Spencer-Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital advertising and partnerships, currently serving as Head of Digital Advertising & Content Partnerships at Formula 1 since October 2018. Spencer-Hayes also held the positions of Head of New Partnerships and Global Ad Sales Director during the tenure at Formula 1. Prior to this, Spencer-Hayes was Head of Strategic Partnerships - EMEA at Miroma from November 2014 to September 2018 and Group Commercial Director at Haymarket Media Group from July 2007 to October 2014, overseeing commercial activities within The Brand Republic Group portfolio. Additional roles include positions at Marketing Magazine and Third Sector Magazine, with responsibilities ranging from Advertising Manager to Senior Advertising Manager. Spencer-Hayes holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from UCL, which was earned between 2000 and 2003.
