Salman Shah

Salman Shah's work experience starts in 2011 when they co-founded Smile Brilliant Ventures, a company known for its innovative custom-fitted teeth whitening trays. Salman also co-founded Agility Collective, where they served as a Co-Founder and a Product Design & Strategic Sourcing Consultant. In this role, they oversaw development and growth, managed business development activities, and motivated the team. In 2013, they co-founded JORD Watches and took on the role of Co-Founder and Designer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of design, branding, and product launch. Additionally, starting in 2017, Salman co-founded Formulate, an Agility Collective venture, where they were involved in production engineering, designing and implementing new machinery, developing SOPs for manufacturing, and managing production equipment. Finally, in 2022, they became a partner at 4D Gaming.

From 2001 to 2005, Salman Shah attended Parkway South High School. Salman then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Missouri State University from 2006 to 2009. Furthering their education, they obtained a Master's degree in Health Administration from the same university between 2009 and 2011.
