Rakul Svabo Róadóttir

Rakul Svabo Róadóttir has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rakul Svabo began their career as a Consultant in Change Process and Technique at Ungdommens Røde Kors in July 2012. Simultaneously, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Novo Nordisk from July 2012 to June 2013. In 2017, they became a Project Assistant at Talgildu Føroyar. Following this, they worked as a Freelancer at bituff from September 2016 to August 2018. Most recently, Rakul served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Føroya Tele samtakið (Faroese Telecom) starting in April 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of HR Consultant at the same company from September 2018 to April 2021.

Rakul Svabo Róadóttir obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, Rakul pursued a Master's degree in the field of CCG Organizational Culture and Leadership at Aalborg University from 2013 to 2016.
