Natalie Elson FCCA has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Senior Financial Controller and Director for the EMEA Region at Forrester Research since November 2004. In this role, Natalie focuses on fostering customer-centric strategies to drive growth. Additionally, as London Office Leader, Natalie collaborated with the Regional Sales VP to enhance team dynamics and support hybrid work arrangements. Prior to Forrester Research, Natalie held various financial roles, including Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, and Assistant Financial Controller at Planet Organic Ltd from 2000 to 2004. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Hertfordshire and furthered education at BPP between 2001 and 2003.
