Rob Calderón

Rob Calderon is an accomplished professional in the field of organizational research and consulting, currently serving as Division Director at Fors Marsh Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Principal I/O Researcher at American Institutes for Research from November 2019 to December 2021, and spent several years at FMP Consulting and SRA International in various leadership roles, including Managing Consultant and Portfolio Manager. With a robust academic background, Rob earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Psychology from Northwestern University. Rob's extensive experience in research and management has significantly contributed to the advancement of organizational psychology practices.
