Holly Daly FCA

Holly Daly FCA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Holly currently holds the position of VP of Finance at FORSEVEN since March 2023. Prior to that, Holly worked at McLaren Automotive Ltd for several years, holding various roles including Financial Director, Chief Accountant, Head of Finance, Senior Finance Manager - Central, Finance Manager - Central, and Finance Manager - Operations. During their time at McLaren, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for financial controls, reporting, analysis, forecasting, cash and working capital management. Holly also led teams and provided support for business change and implementation of ERP systems. Before joining McLaren, Holly worked at Roffe Swayne Accountants, Tax & Business Advisers as a Client Service Manager and Audit Supervisor, where they collaborated with various teams and led audit projects. Holly also gained experience as an Audit Senior during their time at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they handled company and group audits, consolidation, and accounts preparation. Holly began their career as an Accounts Junior at Tectonics Limited. Overall, Holly has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial management, audit, and leadership roles.

Holly Daly FCA began their education at Bohunt Community School from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their GCSE's. Holly then attended Alton College from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued A Levels in Accountancy, Maths, Business Studies, Economics, and PE. From 2004 to 2006, Holly studied at Kaplan Financial, specializing in AAT. Later, they enrolled again at Kaplan Financial from 2007 to 2009, achieving first-time passes in ACA.
