Catherine Fitzsimmons

Catherine Fitzsimmons is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Forshay since December 2019, Catherine previously held significant roles including Director of Total Rewards at Synaptics Incorporated, where oversight of global compensation and benefit programs was a key responsibility. Previous positions span various organizations, such as Director of People Operations at if(we), and multiple leadership roles at Altera, where management of HR initiatives across Asia was a highlight. Catherine’s expertise also includes strategic HR consulting for startups and mid-size companies, as well as developing HR functions for independent subsidiaries of larger corporations. Catherine holds a BS/BA in Criminal Law and Management from Bryant University.
