Christina Ofstad

Christina Ofstad currently serves as an Organisasjonskonsulent at Forskerforbundet since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Jobbspesialist at NAV from May 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities involved supporting 17 candidates in their job search processes through close collaboration with local businesses. From May 2016 to April 2018, Christina held a similar role at Euroskolen, focusing on 11 participants' employment abilities and integration into the workforce. Earlier roles include studying consultancy at NTNU and HR consultancy with responsibilities in recruitment and personnel management, as well as working in examination planning at Dronning Mauds Minne. Christina's career began as a Miljøterapeut in Trondheim kommune, providing respite services for children and youth. Christina holds a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, both from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
